Our 3kW and 12kW fiber lasers process materials ranging from thin-gauge sheet to heavy plate. We cut mild steel grades A1011 HRPO, A36, A572 Gr.50, A516 Gr.70, A656 Gr.80, A514, A588 through 1-1/8 inches and stainless steel grades 409, 304/304L , 316/316L hot rolled and polished #4 through 3/4 inch.
Additionally, we cut aluminum grades 3003, 5052, 6061 in many tempers through 5/8 inch and process parts up to 71″ by 156″ inches.
Modern fiber laser technology delivers accurate profiles with a general tolerance of +/-0.012″ while supporting complex geometries and efficient production.

Our AMADA HRB2204 press brake delivers 243 tons of forming capacity. Additionally, the machine accommodates parts up to 14 feet long and can hold a general tolerance of +/-0.030″ and +/-2°.
CNC controls and a multi-axis backgauge help our team maintain consistent bend locations and dimensions. However, accurate forming requires more than powerful equipment.
